Cloud & Infrastructure

Whether you are moving to cloud, moving off VMware, or trying to get control of an estate that grew without a plan — we design it, move it, and leave it in a state your team can operate.

What you get

Outcomes we hold ourselves to.

  • An account and network structure you can still live with in three years
  • Workloads moved in waves, each one with a rollback you have actually tested
  • A bill you can explain, line by line, to whoever signs it

Before we start

What we usually find.

Not a sales pitch — these are the things that turn up again and again when we open the estate. If two or three sound familiar, you are in normal territory.

The account structure was decided in week one by whoever opened the first console, and nobody has been able to change it since.

Roughly a third of the monthly bill is untagged, so no one can say which team or product it belongs to.

Storage is 30–50% larger than anyone believes, because thin provisioning and old snapshots hide it.

Windows, SQL Server or Oracle licensing was never modelled — and it turns out to be the biggest line in the business case.

None of this is unusual, and none of it means anyone did a bad job. Estates accumulate. The work is finding out what is actually there before deciding what to change.
